YOGA INSTRUCTOR

I have been practicing yoga for about 15 years. What started as something to offset the impact of athletics on my body turned into a lifeline through the next stages of life. Yoga quickly became a constant in my life and reminded me that reflecting inwards was vital aspect in evolving. 

I truly believe yoga is for everyone and should be weaved into your mind and body routine in some capacity. 

Off the mat, I am a true New Englander. I was born and raised on the cape and try everyday to incorporate the simplicity and beauty of nature and kindness into my life. I love clamming, being barefoot, skiing and cooking scratch meals for all friends and family.
