STRIVE_NORWELL is located at 175 Washington St (rt 53) in Norwell. Our building is set back from the road and you will find our Main Entrance in the rear of the building. We are proudly a 9,000 square foot facility that is shared with our friends and partners- Infinite Potential Physical Therapy. The STRIVE facility has 3 separate spaces that are continuous. We have a functional training area, a treadmill studio/flex space, and a yoga studio (opening in the spring).

  • SSC is our basic strength and conditioning class. The strength portion is mostly accessory lifts that are great for all. The conditioning portion involves rowing, biking, sled pushes, running, skiing, and occasionally body weight movements. This is a great option for anyone who wants to get stronger but does not want to do CrossFit. It can/has also served as a compliment to our CrossFit program. The accessory work performed helps strengthen smaller muscle groups that assist in generating more power in major lifts, in addition to helping in injury prevention.

  • Perfect for anyone who wants to sweat hard and keep moving. You will never be bored during this class. The class is structured with intervals varying in length and intensity. We use a large variety of equipment and exercises that will give you a full-body workout every time you come. There are no barbells or high skill gymnastics. This class is great for beginners and for those who like to hit it hard. A great way to get lean without losing muscle.

  • A sweaty, cardio intensive workout that involves light resistance training, treadmill running, and air biking. A great way to stay lean with out losing muscle tone.

  • This is a class meant to serve as an active recovery day. There is no weightlifting or gymnastics. The goal is to move for an hour at a pace that will not leave you exhausted for the day.

  • Our CrossFit program is a general physical preparedness program designed to build strength, endurance, and help get you in the best shape of your life. It is infinitely adaptable to any fitness level. Our programming is well rounded and a full 60 minutes of work every time you come in. The warm-ups include PT exercises and accessory movements in addition to a daily mobility focus that is geared towards increasing performance and reducing injury. The strength and workout portions of the hour are thoughtfully laid out week to week to avoid overuse and underuse of muscle groups..

  • The goal for our CrossFit Kids is to inspire kids to develop a lifelong love of fitness. Our program will improve coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and endurance through constantly varied workouts, all while having fun! Our goal is to teach and inspire skills that will set them up for success inside and out of the gym by instilling confidence, self-worth, perseverance, and tenacity.

    Ages 5-8 (3-5 can participate with an active caretaker)

  • Power yoga is a vigorous flow-based class that incorporates both strength and flexibility to build a well-balanced body and resilient mind. Even though the physical practice is the focal point of this class, breathing and meditation techniques are incorporated to help you expand from the inside-out

  • This class moves through a variety of floor and standing sequences. It is focused on listening to your body, moving at a pace that feels good, and taking the time to genuinely enjoy your yoga practice. The temperature for this class is warm but not hot.

  • Pilates with Emily is a ground based, mindful movement that is challenging, fun and extremely effective. Designed to correct musculoskeletal imbalances, improve strength, power, mobility and coordination for all levels of fitness lovers. This class will help you connect back to your body, find joy in your heart, lift your spirits while simultaneously assisting you in functioning pain free in your daily life!

  • Strive's signature class is intended to help you create a deep understanding of foundational yoga poses. Through pranayama, detailed cueing and hands-on assists, our teachers will help you feel confident in your practice. Foundational poses do not equal easy! Expect to build strength and heat as you flow and hold poses throughout class. Both new and seasoned yogis will enjoy and benefit from this class! This class is unheated.

Infinite potential physical therapy and wellness take a unique approach to physical therapy and rehabilitation. Beginning with a thorough evaluation, they find the root cause of the problem. Next, they use manual therapy to reduce your pain and improve your mobility. Finally, they create a personalized program that is specific to your goals. When you start with IP you hire a rehab coach who is there for you between sessions to be sure you are going in the right direction. They are in your corner from the start of your injury to the point of returning to doing what you love.

    This services is an injury assessment and a full body examination. This is for first time patients or prior clients with a NEW or recurring injury.

    PREREQUISITE: Have had a Performance Rehab Evaluation (THIS IS REQUIRED)

    This service is for self booking follow-up appointments for those who have already been evaluated.

STRIVE_THERAPY RECOVERY


The recovery center at Infinite Potential is outfitted with a contrast therapy room. The room has an infrared Sauna and a cold plunge tub where members can enjoy the benefits of contrast therapy. Contrast therapy is the combined use of infrared heat and cold water to create a unique recovery experience. This type of therapy can help improve exercise recovery, sleep quality, mood, and metabolism.
