YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Kelley has been practicing yoga for over a decade but decided to take her passion a step further and became a certified yoga instructor in 2023. In her classes you can expect upbeat music and fun flows. Kelley's goal in class is to get you moving in a way that makes you feel good, strong and powerful. She wants her students to love what their bodies can do for them and she hopes her students feel her love for yoga in every class she teaches. In addition to yoga, Kelley loves the beach and spending time with her family.
