ERINN GALLO
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Erinn is a wellness enthusiast and advocate for preventative healthcare. Erinn began her journey into this space nearly 14 years ago as she began to transition into adulthood. Yoga opened new doors for her as she sought out healthy ways to deal fear and anxieties. After traveling in her early 20's and falling in love with the art of asana, she enrolled at BSU majoring in Public Health. During that time she became a personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor. After the birth of her son she began to explore other aspects of yoga to treat PPA and PPD which led Erinn to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019 and her 300 hour yoga teacher training in 2021. Additionally Erinn has completed training in breathwork, meditation, yoga sculpt, and spent time learning under incredible leaders at Lesley University in their mindfulness program. Erinn is currently beginning her Master's program in Health Communication at Boston University and cannot wait to see what her next chapter looks like. When Erinn isn't teaching she is home with her two little ones, Julian and Mia, her husband, Joe or by the ocean. Erinn's favorite thing about teaching is creating community and encouraging people to break through old beliefs or perceived barriers. In her yoga sculpt you can expect to be challenged mentally and physically while moving to high-energy music. You will explore functional fitness, mobility and weight training, cardio, and physical yoga postures.
